Wire Cutter is our boldest coffee yet. It is roasted dark and might best be described as "electric". Notes of cocoa and caramel are present with a fiery finish.

This coffee is grown in the Chiapas region of southern Mexico. Most of the area’s coffee producers are smaller farms and owned by families of indigenous descent.
